Emma Watson Workout and Diet
Emma Watson was born in Paris but grew up in England. She attended the Stagecoach Theatre Arts School in Oxford where she studied acting, singing and dancing. She had never acted professionally when she tried out for Harry Potter. Watson was privately tutored during the decade she spent filming the Harry Potter movies. She completed high school with equivalency tests and earned a degree from Brown University in 2014. Watson was appointed a UN Women goodwill ambassador and advocate for gender equality while working as an actress. She has been ranked among the highest-paid actresses by Forbes and Vanity Fair, and in 2015 was named among Time magazine’s 100 Most Influential People in the World. Watson has been a model for Burberry’s and Lancôme, as well as the sustainable clothing line People Tree. She is also on the board of the fashion brand Kering. Watson has over a million followers on social media. She is 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs about 115 lbs.
Emma Watson’s Diet
While Watson takes her diet seriously, she doesn’t restrict any food groups. She follows the principle of the 80/20 rule, eating clean 80% of the time and cutting loose the other 20%, which sometimes involves mojitos. She sticks to whole, natural foods and avoids all processed foods and artificial ingredients, with the consequence that she often winds up cooking for herself. She’s not big on snacking, but if she’s feeling peckish, she’ll grab a piece of fruit, some yogurt or other simple, natural food to tide her over.

For lunch and dinner, Watson usually has a salad with some kind of lean animal protein, such as chicken or turkey breast.
Skip the Junk
Watson’s eating plan involves plenty of fresh food, and zero processed ingredients.
Make It Yourself
Despite being a megastar, Watson often cooks her own meals so she knows what she’s eating.
The Hangover Secret
Watson is a fan of pizza and Nutella. She has also been known to overindulge in the mojitos and has shared her go-to for a hangover: a classic English breakfast with eggs, sausage, baked beans and a stewed tomato.

Emma Watson’s Workout Routine
Keep It Real
Watson did her own dancing for Beauty and the Beast. She is a firm believer in doing her own stunts — and in not getting hurt.
Keep It Short
Watson gets in a quick, 30-minute workout with her trainer, Emily Drew. They usually require very little equipment but are strenuous.
Keep It Fresh
Watson likes to mix up her routine to keep from getting bored. She takes boxing classes, does strength training, takes strolls in along city streets (sometimes hanging up leaflets related to various causes she supports), and meditates.
Watson may take a relaxed approach to her diet, but she works out regularly.
The 3 S’s
Watson and her trainer focus on stretching, strength and stillness. Stretching improves posture; strength keeps her looking lean and contributes to those awesome flat abs; and stillness involves meditation and yoga.
Take a Hike
To destress and keep in shape, Watson likes to walk around her neighborhood, whether she’s in NYC or London.
