Pamela Anderson’s Diet
Diet Summary
Anderson has been a vegetarian since she was a teenager and a vegan since her early twenties. Now in her 50s, she is still in incredible shape, thanks in part to intermittent fasting. She eats between 10 am and 6 pm and says this schedule keeps her energized. She also avoids all animal products and has even found work-arounds for butter in her baking. She eats organic most of the time, but recognizes that this isn’t possible for many people. She loves coffee, but is working toward replacing it with tea. Her top anti-aging trick: hydration.

Diet Details
Go Natural
Anderson is all about treading lightly on the planet. She encourages everyone to eat less high-intensity farming foods, meaning meat. She has even planted a ‘tea garden’ so she can make her own herbal teas.
Get Creative
Anderson says she grew up with her father smoking salmon in the backyard. But she says with a little creativity and openness to trying new things, that grilled veggies can be just as satisfying as a charcuterie board.
Be Realistic
Anderson doesn’t have her head in the clouds about everyone becoming a vegan, but she does hope to inspire people to be a little more thoughtful about their dietary choices.
Dial It Down
One of Anderson’s staples, a strong cortado coffee, is one of the things she’s working on drinking less of, replacing it with herbal tea.

Pamela Anderson’s Lifestyle
Feminine Yet Sturdy
Anderson has been in the news since she was born. Her birthday on July 1, 1967 marked the 100th anniversary of Canada’s official founding and in the papers, she was named ‘Centennial Baby.’ For decades, she was a sex symbol, and these days, her bedroom is generating buzz with its crystal chandelier and traditional pink and white floral duvet, making it an icon of farmhouse chic.
Difficult Childhood
Anderson’s memoir recounts many incidents of abuse and sexual assault from her childhood. Her father physically abused her mother, and Anderson was abused by a female babysitter, beaten by a high school boyfriend, and gang raped by another boyfriend and his friends.
Augmentation & Reduction
In 1990, Anderson underwent breast surgery, augmenting her 34Ds to a 34DD. This led to a cycle of surgeries to deal with complications and injuries. In 1999, she had the implants removed, both because she didn’t like how they looked and worries about silicone leaks (which one had).
Iconic Look
Baywatch was the most-watched show in the world, with over a billion viewers in 148 countries. It set off a trend of plastic surgery to mimic Anderson’s looks.
Pam & Tommy
In 1995, Anderson married rocker Tommy Lee after knowing him for just a few days. A leaked sex tape strained the relationship, and the pair divorced in 1998 after Lee was convicted and went to prison for kicking Anderson while she was holding one of their children. She is not happy with Hulu’s miniseries starring Lily James, and she even thanks Lee for being the catalyst for ‘everything good’ in her life, meaning their two sons.
Natural Beauty
Still a knockout in her 50s, Anderson says she prefers to keep her makeup light and natural. Her trick for dewy skin is rosewater spray which she keeps in the fridge, and she also uses a humidifier if the air is dry.
Animal Activist
Anderson has been passionate about protecting animals since childhood. She has appeared in PETA ads against animal testing, water waste, wearing fur, and other causes.
Anderson on her breast implants
‘I joked that my breasts had a career of their own, and I was just taggling along.’
Anderson on Baywatch
‘It was the best job in the world.’
Anderson on beauty
‘I believe all beauty comes from within. Happiness is the best beauty trick. Being brave is sexy.’

Anderson on self-care
‘While we push our limits out of our comfort zone, self-care is important.’
