Dua Lipa’s Diet
Summary
Pop stars are all over the map when it comes to diet. Crazy hours and pressure don’t always add up to healthy choices but this isn’t true in Lipa’s case. She makes an effort to eat clean most of the time. She eats a lot of veggies and lean meat. Fruit or fresh juice are typical snacks. Salads are a mainstay at lunch and dinner. One thing she tries hard to avoid is added sugar because it slows her down. She stays hydrated with plenty of water.
