Chace Crawford’s Diet

Summary

Crawford plays a ripped superhero, and he eats like one too, most of the time. He doesn’t subscribe to any particular diet like Paleo or keto, but just sticks to classics like chicken and vegetables. He cooks for himself as often as possible, and when he can’t, he finds healthy options via delivery. He eats wholesome foods during the week, and that often means bringing his own snacks to the set and avoiding the temptations of catering services. But it’s not all greens and seeds and he lets himself indulge on the weekend. He also must have coffee to start his day.
