Blake Shelton Workout and Diet
Originally from Oklahoma, Blake Shelton is perhaps best known for his appearance on the TV show, The Voice, but he is also a #1 hit country music star in his own right. Shelton moved to Nashville when he was just 17 to become a songwriter. He has released 11 albums so far, many of which have gone gold and one platinum (Red River Blue). Shelton has won multiple awards including an Academy of Country Music award and CMT music award. He has also been nominated for several Grammys. Shelton was voted ‘Sexiest Man Alive’ by People magazine in 2017. He has millions of followers on social media. Shelton is 6 feet 5 inches tall and weighs about 210 lbs.
Blake Shelton’s Diet
Shelton hasn’t always followed the healthiest diet, but he lost 30 lbs. in just 8 weeks by following a few simple rules that are very specific to himself: No refined carbs. No fried foods. No peanut butter. (Apparently he could hit the fried pickles & PB pretty hard.) Shelton hired a diet coach to help him along the way. His plan consists of balanced meals that are made up of whole, natural foods, lean meats, and plenty of veggies, with enough treats to help him stick to it long-term.

Three eggs pan-fried in coconut oil & garlic and a bowl of oatmeal with banana, blueberries, honey and flaxseed makes up Shelton’s typical breakfast. Hard-boiled eggs are also his late-night snack.
Shelton often has grilled chicken breast with avocado and potatoes or grilled fish with some steamed veggies for lunch and dinner.
A typical mid-morning snack for Shelton is sprouted bread with honey. In the afternoon, he might have an apple with cashew butter or a whey protein shake.
Shelton reportedly hates to exercise so he needs the incentive of a fat-free frozen yogurt. He might also have a whey proSubsequentlye shake après-exercise.
Shelton took a weight loss supplement of Garcinia Cambogia before each meal to rev up his metabolism.

Shelton apparently does not enjoy working out, and so it was a big deal to sign on for a 4-day per week routine.
Since Shelton isn’t a gym rat, it’s no surprise he goes for maximum punch in minimum time with a high-intensity interval routine.

Shelton does 3 sets with only a 30 second rest between sets. All sets are done to failure.
