Armie Hammer’s Diet
Diet Summary
Hammer’s diet can be summed up pretty easily: carnivorous. He eats a lot of meat, and is not opposed to having it raw. He eats his greens too, like asparagus, particularly when it’s wrapped in bacon. Ironically, Hammer’s wife runs BIRD bakery, so presumably he eats the occasional cookie. He has also been spotted eating pizza with arugula on top.

Hammer’s idea of a balanced diet includes wrapping bacon around asparagus spears.
Anything for a Role
While prepping for The Man from U.N.C.L.E., Hammer was prescribed a diet of chicken, eggs, and caviar by director Guy Ritchie, Madonna’s then-husband. This odd diet apparently gave Hammer a killer case of gas.
Sweet Nothings
Besides the bakery, Hammer’s former wife Elizabeth Chambers also set records for Girl Scout cookie sales, moving over 1,200 boxes in a single selling season. Gotta believe Hammer ate at least a couple of thin mints.

Armie Hammer’s Supplements
Ginger
Hammer likes to season his meat and fish with the superfood ginger, which is chock-full of antioxidants that zap cancer-causing free radicals. Ginger improves digestion, quells nausea, reduces inflammation, and can help with weight loss. If you aren’t crazy about the spicy flavor, you can still get its many benefits by taking it in supplement form.
Garlic
Hammer also digs garlic which offers about as many health benefits as ginger. Garlic boosts immunity, reduces blood pressure and cholesterol, and also has antioxidants that may help you live longer.
Greens supplement
Hammer’s diet is meat-heavy, making a greens supplement a smart idea.
Probiotics
He does eat his greens, but if you don’t get as many as you should, adding fiber can help things move through the system. Probiotics are also a good choice to get the most from what you eat.
Armie Hammer’s Lifestyle
Sleep Au Naturel
Hammer says he sleeps in the buff, and he has also been known to go commando by day.
High Rolling Fam
Hammer’s great-grandfather was the oil tycoon, also named Armand. His father owned several businesses including a publishing firm and a film production company.

To play both Winklevoss twins in The Social Network, Hammer underwent ‘twin boot camp.’ He also had to learn to row both sides of a rowing shell as the twins were champion rowers.
Fashion Statement
Hammer got sick of doing publicity tours and started wearing Adidas tracksuits everywhere, including to black-tie affairs.
Life After Acting
Hammer has been living in the Cayman Islands and selling timeshares, after previously working as an apartment complex manager.
What’s in a Name?
Hammer’s great-great grandfather is credited with founding the American Communist Party. He named his son ‘Armand’ because an arm and a hammer are the symbol of the communist party.
It All Works Out in the End
When Hammer dropped out of high school to go into acting, his family disowned him, but they later reconciled and supported his choice — and encouraged him to take some classes at UCLA.
Allegations of Abuse
Hammer has been accused of abuse and sexual assault by several women. He admitted to emotional abuse, and says he himself was sexually abused by a youth pastor when he was 13. Hammer has been investigated by the police, but no charges have yet been filed.
