How Does Apex Mastermind Work?
Apex Mastermind works by raising the levels of acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter in the brain directly linked to the stimulation of our motor skills and skeletal muscles.
This neurotransmitter also plays a key role in the formation of memories, reasoning, and the ability to concentrate.
Furthermore (because the benefits of acetylcholine just keep going), it improves sleep cycles, increases the amount of REM sleep, and promotes the creation of vivid dreams, perhaps increasing ones self-awareness in these dreams (which are called lucid dreams).
According to the website, due to the increased levels of acetylcholine that Apex Mastermind produces, you can begin to experience much more vivid dreams, and even be able to remember those dreams in just as vivid detail.
This can also lead to unlocking a creative potential within you that you may not have been aware of (or had access to).
Apex Mastermind Ingredients
While there are some nootropic products that contain a comprehensive list of ingredients, the ingredients list for Apex Mastermind is a bit simpler, using only the most necessary ingredients to obtain the results they claim to provide.
But do these ingredients really do what Mastermind says they do? Let’s find out.
Bacopa Monnieri – Said to improve visual learning, memory, reduce inflammation, and help combat depression, stress, anxiety, and certain ADHD symptoms. A recent study done showed a lot of mental improvement on animals, as well as adults taking a range of 20-300mg over the course of 4 weeks.
Alpha GPC – This is a natural choline compound found in the brain, and it helps to deliver choline and acetylcholine across the blood-brain barrier. It also helps to decrease mental fatigue, making it easier to retain memories and information.
Huperzine A – Used by the Chinese for centuries to improve memory and memory recall, this is also said to help prevent the onset of Alzheimer’s.
L-Tyrosine – This amino acid helps build lean muscle, but is also used for depression, anxiety, ADHD, and more. It can help enhance your mood, form memories, and keep a clear head under stress.
Vinpocetine – Vinpocetine is specifically used to enhance memory and brain metabolism. It can also aid in the development of short term memory and can reduce brain damage caused by a stroke.
Safety & Side Effects
Apex Mastermind uses all natural ingredients and is safe for a majority of people to take. It is recommended that women who are pregnant avoid taking this supplement, as well as anyone under the age of 18.
If you take more than the recommended dose (one capsule per day), it’s possible that you can experience some mild dizziness or stomach upset. Other than that there are no side effects associated with Apex Mastermind.
It does also contain caffeine for the initial energy boost, though they don’t mention it on their website.
Claim Vs Reality – Is It a Scam?
Based on what we’ve read of user reviews, Apex Mastermind is not a scam. It does help to boost energy and improve memory, focus, and concentration.
That said, we’re not quite sold about the claim to “unlock your brain’s true potential”, or the claim about better dreams, or even the greater chance of lucid dreams. Thus we’re also not convinced that you can “explore [your] inner creative potential.”
While we believe it can deliver various benefits for the brain, improved dreaming doesn’t yet seem to be one of them.
Where to Buy Apex Mastermind & Cost
If you choose to buy Apex Mastermind directly on their website, one bottle costs $53.98, two bottles for $69.98, and 3 bottles for $86.97.
However, we recommend ordering from Amazon.com, as it is much cheaper there. One bottle costs $24.95, and if you have Amazon Prime, shipping is free.
Our Verdict on Apex Mastermind
This is still a newer product and is not FDA-approved as of yet, so our verdict is to take with caution. Though Apex Mastermind has natural ingredients, their website leaves a lot to be desired as far as information is concerned, and they aren’t exactly transparent about everything that is included in the supplement.
If you want to give this a try to boost your focus and energy levels, we highly recommend speaking to your doctor first. Once a bottle is opened it cannot be returned, so you would be wasting your money if it didn’t work out for you.
Also, if you are going to purchase it, we recommend buying it from Amazon.com instead of the supplement website, as it will be much cheaper.
