Aerobic Energy Gives You Power
Robbins says aerobic exercise is critical for health and energy.
If you’re just starting out, Robbins recommends 30 minutes of aerobic exercise such as walking, running, swimming, biking, etc., 3-5 times per week.
Know Your Ideal Heart Rate
You want to hit your target training zone, which is 180 minus your age.
Keep It Interesting
Robbins advises mixing things up, changing your environment, listening to music, or meeting up with friends to motivate yourself to stick with it.
HIIT It Hard
Not surprisingly, Robbins doesn’t have a ton of time to workout, and so he squeezes a high-intensity workout into just 15 minutes.
Remember to Breathe

Robbins’ HIIT Routine
Once or twice a week, Robbins does his high intensity interval training (HIIT). It’s fast, but grueling.
Do a few high-intensity rounds of chest presses, leg presses, and core pulls.
Follow the HIIT sequence with 4 minutes of ROM Quick Gym which works you both aerobically and anaerobically.
End of Routine
