Provasil Vs. Qualia Focus

Whether you want to believe it or not, your cognitive ability is bound to decline as you age — no matter how hard you try to avoid it. Some of us experience it earlier in life than others, and some of us will experience more severe decline than others. Either way, it’s an inevitable part of life.

Although we can’t ignore cognitive decline, there are things we can do to reduce that decline and keep our brain as sharp as possible for as long as possible. And to no one’s surprise, a majority of your success with this hinges on your ability to provide the brain with the right nutrients daily.

Of course, this is also where most people fail. Eating a healthy, balanced diet on a daily basis can be difficult for some. As a result, the brain (and the rest of the body) won’t get the nutrients it needs and won’t function at its best day-in and day-out. It’s a sad reality many people face often.

Luckily, that’s where supplements can truly change your life for the better, especially as you grow older. Brain-boosting supplements, such as Qualia Focus and Provasil, are intended to supply your brain with the right nutrients needed for optimum cognitive function each and every day.

The question is, out of these two popular supplements, which is the right choice for your needs? That’s what we’ll delve into in this comparison. We’ll take a closer look at each of these supplements, their ingredients, their benefits, and more so you can decide which is worth buying. Without anything further, let’s dive into this comparison of Provasil vs. Qualis Focus!

Provasil vs. Qualia Focus-Supplements

Provasil vs. Qualia Focus: About the Supplements

Qualia Focus and Provasil are two extremely popular brain-boosting supplements available on the market today. They’re both intended to do the same thing, which is to provide a wide range of nutrients needed for brain health and cognitive ability — something we could all use a little bit of.

Despite how similar they might seem at the forefront, the two supplements are far from being a similar product. As you take a closer look at the ingredients and dosages in each serving, you’ll start to notice a wide array of differences that separate one formula from the other formula.

Don’t worry; we’re going to break down everything you need to know about each supplement below — including what they are, what ingredients are in each formula, how they differ, how they compare, customer feedback, what their value is, and which one is the best option for you.

Let’s get started!

What is Provasil?

Provasil is a well-known, all-natural, cognitive-enhancing supplement brought to you by a company called Cognetic Labs. It’s designed to help reduce cognitive decline and brain fog, as well as improve learning ability, recall and memory, focus, mental energy, alertness, and health.

Provasil by Cognetix Labs

It’s a true nootropic down to its core, which means it’ll improve brain function in a variety of different ways. That’s a big reason why so many people have tried it and why so many people have found success with it in year’s past. In fact, it has helped over 765,000 real customers!

There are 15 ingredients included in the formula, including Vitamin C, Vitamins B7, B9, and B12, Choline Bitartrate, L-Tyrosine, N-Acetyl-L-Carnitine, Bacopa Monnieri, Gingko Leaf, Resveratrol, L-Glutamine, Phosphatidylserine, Phosphatidylcholine, Panax Ginseng Root, and DHA.

What is Qualia Focus?

Qualia Focus is another well-known brain-boosting supplement, though it’s a little more ‘new’ to the market compared to Provasil. It’s brought to you by Neurohacker Collective, a company that provides a variety of supplements for the brain, immunity, vision, longevity, energy, and sleep.

In fact, the Qualia Focus formula has evolved recently and now goes by the name of Qualia Mind Essentials. The formula has been revamped and is intended to be more effective than ever — both in nutrient choice and dosage per serving. It’s always improving, which is a good sign.

Qualia Focus for focus and drive

It contains Vitamins C, D3, B1, B3, B5, B6, and B12, Artichoke Leaf, Uridine, Taurine, Bacopa Monnieri, Alpha-GPC, Phenylalanine, L-Carnitine, L-Tyrosine, L-Theanine, Rhodiola Rosea, Velvet Bean, Coffeeberry, Theobromine, Gingko Leaf, Coleus Forskohlii, and Huperzine-A.

Comparison: Provasil vs. Qualia Focus

Provasil and Qualia Focus are both intended to do the same thing — help the brain function at its best daily. They’re both full-scale nootropic supplements and can improve the brain in a variety of ways, including mental energy, mood, focus, memory, and brain health — just to name a few.

While the formulas contain some of the same ingredients, such as Vitamins C and B12, Bacopa Monnieri, L-Tyrosine, L-Carnitine, and Gingko Leaf, they also contain many different ingredients. These differences are what you need to familiarize yourself with when deciding between the two.

Qualia Focus has a bigger formula with bigger ingredient dosages, but it also contains several unnecessary and potentially harmful ingredients. Provasil is generally the safer bet, especially if you’re looking for something to take daily. Neither one, however, is perfect, by any means.

Provasil vs. Qualia Focus: Supplement Formulation

Now that we’ve discovered some background information behind Provasil and Qualia Focus, you’re likely wondering what makes them so popular and effective. In order to understand this further, you’ll need to take a closer look at the formulas and the ingredients that make them up.

Don’t worry; we’re going to take a look at each ingredient, including what’s similar and different about the two formulas. You’ll notice that each formula comes with its own unique benefits, despite sharing some of the same ingredients. Without further ado, let’s take a closer look!

Let’s take a look at what’s similar between the two:

  • Both Provasil (300mg) and Qualia Focus (100mg) contain Vitamin C to combat oxidative stress and improve immunity.
  • Both Provasil (300mcg) and Qualia Focus (1,000mcg) contain Vitamin B12 to avoid deficiencies linked to memory loss.
  • Both Provasil (100mg) and Qualia Focus (250mg) contain L-Tyrosine, an amino acid that improves cognitive ability under stress or pressure.
  • Both Provasil (100mg) and Qualia Focus (250mg) contain L-Carnitine, an amino acid that improves energy and production of acetylcholine (memory).
  • Both Provasil (100mg) and Qualia Focus (300mg) contain Bacopa Monnieri, an herb that improves memory and information processing.
  • Both Provasil (60mg) and Qualia Focus (50mg) contain Ginkgo Biloba Leaf, an herb that improves memory and blood circulation in the brain.

Now, let’s take a look at what’s different between them:

  • Provasil contains Vitamin B9 and Vitamin B7, while Qualia Focus contains Vitamins D3, B1, B3, B5, and B6 to address common nutrient deficiencies in the brain and body.
  • They both contain choline sources, but Provasil utilizes Phosphatidylcholine and Choline Bitartrate, while Qualia Focus utilizes Alpha-GPC.
  • Provasil utilizes Panax Ginseng to improve mood and stress levels, while Qualia Focus utilizes Rhodiola Rosea, L-Theanine, and DL-Phenylalanine.
  • Provasil utilizes Resveratrol, DHA, and Phosphatidylserine to improve brain health and increase antioxidants, while Qualia Focus uses Artichoke Leaf Extract, Velvet Bean Seed Extract, Celastrus paniculatus.
  • Provasil utilizes L-Glutamine for mental alertness and brain health, while Qualia Focus uses Taurine, Organic Coffeeberry, and Theobromine.
  • Qualia Focus adds Huperzine-A and Coleus Forskohlii for improved memory.

Provasil vs. Qualia Focus: Supplement Benefits

As you can see from the supplement formulation, Provasil and Qualia Focus are two completely different formulas that will improve cognitive health in different ways. This can make the decision rather difficult when trying to determine which supplement is the best supplement for your brain.

To ensure you have all the information needed when making an informed decision, we’re going to detail some of the greatest benefits of each formula — as well as some of the things that they could’ve done better. Keep in mind that no supplement is perfect, no matter how hard they try.

Provasil Benefits

Provasil does a good job of replenishing the body of vitamins that many people are lacking on a daily basis, such as Vitamin C, Vitamin B9, Vitamin B7, and Vitamin B12. Of course, it would’ve been nice to see Vitamin B6 as well, especially since it mixes well with Vitamins B9 and B12.

The addition of Choline Bitartrate and Phosphatidylcholine is excellent for acetylcholine production, but it would’ve been better if they went with Citicoline instead. Luckily, they also added Bacopa Monnieri and Ginkgo Biloba to the mix — two of the MVPs of this formula.

L-Tyrosine will help the brain function under stress, Panax Ginseng will help calm you down, N-Acetyl-L-Carnitine will improve mental energy, and L-Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in the brain. Also, Phosphatidylserine, Resveratrol, and DHA will all improve brain health.

Qualia Focus Benefits

Qualia Focus does a great job of replenishing vitamins that many people are lacking, just like Provasil. In addition to Vitamins C and B12 (found in Provasil), they also include Vitamins D3, B1, B3, B6, and B5. Unfortunately, they fail to include Vitamin B9 (folic acid), which is essential.

Their main choline source is Alpha-GPC, which is a good pick, but Citicoline would’ve been better. Citicoline is known for also increasing uridine levels in the brain — a nutrient that Qualia Focus includes in their formula. It would’ve made more sense to just use Citicoline, instead.

They use Bacopa Monnieri and Ginkgo Biloba to improve memory, as well as Rhodiola Rosea, L-Theanine, and Phenylalanine for improved mood. L-Carnitine, Coffeeberry, Taurine, and Theobromine increase mental energy, while L-Tyrosine improves brain function under stress.

You also can’t forget about Artichoke Leaf Extract, Velvet Bean, and Celastrus paniculatus for improved brain health. Although Huperzine-A can improve memory, it’s something that needs to be cycled (5 days on, 2 days off), which means you can’t take this formula every single day.

Provasil vs. Qualia Focus: Customer Feedback and Reviews

By now, you have a pretty firm idea of what’s inside each of these popular formulas, as well as what those ingredients can do for the brain. Of course, that doesn’t necessarily mean they’ll work well for your brain, especially since everyone’s body is different and will react differently.

Just because a supplement works for one person, doesn’t mean it’ll work for the next person. It’s something you’ll want to keep in mind as we run through the various customer feedback and reviews for each supplement. At the end of the day, you’ll have to try it for yourself to be certain.

Provasil Reviews

Provasil has been trusted by over 765,000 satisfied customers, according to Provasil’s official website. It seems to be well-perceived by most, but it’s important to note that their website isn’t very transparent about negative reviews. It would be nice to also see negative feedback listed.

It is available on Amazon, as well, but it’s not sold by the manufacturer. Although I wouldn’t recommend purchasing it on Amazon (to be safe), there are 182 reviews that give you further insight. Of those 182 reviews, 60% of them were rated 4 or 5 stars, and 20% were rated 3 stars.

Most of the positive reviews came from older people that started to experience age-related cognitive decline. Most of the negative reviews reported no difference in memory or cognitive function. Some reports complained that the tablets tasted like fish and provided false hope.

Qualia Focus Reviews

Qualia Focus is a little more popular and mainstream compared to Provasil, largely because it’s a newer supplement and has a wide range of celebrity/professional endorsements. They’re also much more transparent about the reviews listed on their website — both positive and negative.

On their website, they boast 305 reviews with a 3.97/5.0 star rating. They also have a 4.0/5.0 star rating on Amazon with 283 global reviews by verified customers. 72% of customers rated it a 4 or 5, while 81% rated it over 3 stars. The rest of the customers reported no difference.

It’s endorsed by several doctors, including Dr. Daniel Stickler (MD), Dr. Heather Sandison (ND), Dr. Michelle Sands (ND), Dr. Hyla Cass (MD), and Dr. Gregory Kelly (ND). It’s also endorsed by Gray Maynard, Jason Silva, Brian Mackenzie, Mark Divine, and Forrest Griffin.

Provasil vs. Qualia Focus: Other Considerations

We’ve learned a lot about the Provasil and Qualia Focus (also known as Qualia Mind Essentials) supplements. We’ve discussed a little about the companies behind them, the formulas, the similarities, differences, customer feedback, benefits, and endorsements.

With that said, there’s still some information we left out that might be vital to your decision. Don’t worry; we’re not going to leave you hanging and will break down some of the other considerations you should keep in mind when shopping for a new brain-boosting supplement.

Provasil vs. Qualia Focus: Supplement Value

Provasil is going to cost you $70 per bottle (one-month supply), but they have an offer that allows you to save $20 ($50 total). If you take advantage of that offer, you also receive a bottle of Green Pura (green tea extract). It’ll sweeten the deal, but it’s not that impressive of a product.

You can also save money by purchasing multiple bottles at once. They offer three bottles for $128 ($210 list price) and five bottles for $200 ($350 list price). The more you buy, the more money you’ll save. Of course, it’s best to buy one to start out; that way you can try it out first.

Qualia Focus will cost you $69 per bottle, as well. You can save money by subscribing to a monthly delivery. The first bottle will only cost you $29 (save $40), and each bottle after that will cost you $59 (save $10). If you don’t sign up for the subscription, each bottle will cost $69. You can also use code “FITNESSCLONE” at checkout to save an additional 15% on Qualia Focus.

In terms of price, both of these supplements are rather expensive compared to some of the other options available on the market today. In terms of value, Provasil is likely your best bet when you take the formula into consideration, especially since you need to cycle Qualia Focus.

Provasil vs. Qualia Focus: Which Supplement Is Better?

Determining which supplement is better — between Provasil and Qualia Focus — is very difficult. Provasil allows for daily supplementation, while Qualia Focus needs to be cycled. They both contain very effective ingredients, but they also drop the ball on other key ingredients.

Qualia Focus comes with better reviews and will likely work for more people when compared to Provasil, but that doesn’t mean Provasil won’t work. If you had to choose one of them, I would recommend Qualia Focus first and foremost, but don’t be scared to try Provasil if you feel like it.

With that said, I do believe there are more quality options out there that I would trust above either of these supplements. Mind Lab Pro and Performance Lab Mind are two that come to mind. If you’re looking for the best of the best, you’re better off skipping Provasil and Qualia Focus for Mind Lab Pro or Performance Lab Mind.
