ostabulk review

SARMs and other hormone-based supplements are still high in popularity today for hardcore lifters who want to experience massive size and strength increases.

However, they don’t come without possible side effects, including severe ones in some cases.

That’s why many lifters and bodybuilders are looking for more natural alternatives to still get quality results, but without harming other areas of their body.

And one such supplement that we’ll take a look at in this article is Ostabulk, made by Brutal Force.

Continue reading our Ostabulk review to see if this formula can really act as a SARM alternative and what the possible benefits are!

About Ostabulk

Ostabulk is designed specifically as a safe, natural alternative to Ostarine, which is a SARM (selective androgen receptor modulator).

Ostabulk

Rather than using harmful synthetics, Ostabulk only uses natural ingredients designed to mimic the muscle-building effects of Ostarine, but without all of the nasty side effects.

In particular, Brutal Force Ostabulk contains a combination of potent herbs, vitamins, and minerals, such as vitamin D3, zinc, nettle, and Korean red Ginseng.

These are all designed to work together to naturally ramp up testosterone and anabolic power in your body so you can reach maximum size and strength levels!

Ostabulk Benefits

Ostabulk is designed to deliver several critical benefits to enhance your physique and performance, including:

  • Massive Muscles
  • Jacked up Strength
  • Enhanced Testosterone
  • Ripped Physique
Ostabulk Benefits

Massive Muscles

Trying to pack on pounds of quality muscle can be a difficult quest, to say the least.

Ostabulk claims to make this process much easier and faster. They say that the combo of natural ingredients in this formula, such as boron, vitamin D3, and fenugreek, mimic the anabolic effects of Ostarine. This may help you pack on slabs of muscle, but without all the side effects.

Jacked Up Strength

Most guys don’t just wanna be big. They wanna be strong too. And it can be embarrassing to look jacked only to be outlifted by a much smaller dude in the gym.

Well, Ostabulk claims to jack up your strength levels too, so you can be as strong as you look. In particular, Ostabulk contains a variety of nutrients that they say enhance muscle mass and even bone density, which leads to increased strength and power. Just a few of these critical nutrients are boron, magnesium, and zinc.

Enhanced Testosterone

Low testosterone can send your muscle-building efforts to a huge halt in a hurry.

Brutal Force Ostabulk is advertised to naturally enhance testosterone levels with boron, DAA, and fenugreek, among other key ingredients. This may also lead to stronger and bigger muscles, improved sex drive, and overall better well-being.

Ripped Physique

Packing on a lot of muscle in a short period of time can be really hard to do, especially without gaining significant body fat along the way.

But Ostabulk is advertised to help you develop added muscle mass but without any additional fat. Over time, this may help you achieve that powerful, lean physique you’ve always wanted.

Overall, Ostabulk is designed to be a true mass and strength accelerator.

But does it really work? And could it actually be comparable to SARMs?

Read on to find out!

Ostabulk Ingredients

Ostabulk contains 11 active ingredients. It’s a mix of vitamins, minerals, herbs, and other natural compounds.

Below is the list of Ostabulk’s ingredients:

  • Vitamin B6
  • Vitamin D3
  • Vitamin K1
  • Magnesium
  • Zinc
  • D-Aspartic Acid
  • Nettle
  • Fenugreek Extract
  • Korean Red Ginseng Extract
  • Boron Citrate
  • BioPerine Black Pepper Extract
Ostabulk Supplement Facts

Vitamin B6 (15mg)

Vitamin B6 is one of the B-complex vitamins. It can help convert the food you eat into usable energy, which may also help promote protein synthesis.

Athletes may also need more vitamin B6 than average people, which could make supplementation worthwhile in some cases.

Vitamin D3 (39mcg)

Vitamin D3 is one of the most important vitamins in the body. In reality, it acts more of like a hormone, affecting the heart, bones, immune system, muscles, and other areas.

In terms of muscle-building potential, vitamin D does play some key roles in muscle growth and testosterone output. It also can boost bone density and strength.

Overall, vitamin D supplementation may help to increase testosterone and to improve muscle growth. However, it doesn’t always happen, especially if you’re not deficient.

Vitamin K1 (15mcg)

Vitamin K1 is an essential vitamin, particularly for heart and bone health. But some research also shows that it can reduce inflammation in the testes, which in turn increases testosterone synthesis and production.

Magnesium (150mg)

Magnesium is an essential mineral with actions on the nervous system, muscles, heart, and many other areas.

In regard to bodybuilding, there are a few potential benefits. First, magnesium can inhibit SHBG, which in turn leaves more free testosterone (the most potent kind). On top of that, magnesium is necessary for optimal muscle performance and recovery, and it has an impact on muscle growth.

Overall, magnesium is seen as one of the best micronutrients to jointly enhance testosterone and improve strength and physical performance. And many people don’t get enough from their diet which is why supplementing is often needed.

Zinc (7.5mg)

Zinc is a trace mineral with many health benefits. Men who are zinc deficient often have low testosterone. This is because zinc is necessary for testosterone synthesis and production. And it also reduces inflammation, which otherwise negatively affects T levels.

Supplementing with zinc can boost testosterone levels and may even enhance muscle strength and recovery, especially when used alongside magnesium.

In fact, many T-boosters use this combo of zinc and magnesium, such as Hunter Test

D-Aspartic Acid (1,764mg)

D-Aspartic acid (DAA) is an amino acid that has several roles in the hormonal system. DAA is involved in testosterone synthesis and release which is why it may help to increase testosterone levels.

But the overall evidence isn’t hugely convincing yet.

Nettle Extract 4:1 (30mg)

Nettle is an herb with many uses in traditional medicine. It offers two main pathways that may lead to enhanced testosterone levels.

First, nettle inhibits aromatase, which is an enzyme that normally converts testosterone into estrogen.

Also, nettle decreases SHBG, which usually binds up testosterone and makes it essentially unusable for the body.

So together, these effects may lead to increased testosterone, especially free testosterone, which has the most potent effects for muscle, strength, and vitality.

Fenugreek Extract (30mg)

Another herb in Ostabulk is fenugreek. This herb is actually one of the best ones out there for lifters as it contains compounds called glycosides which seem to have natural anabolic and androgenic effects.

In fact, fenugreek can increase total and free testosterone, boost muscle strength and endurance, and may even promote increased lean body mass

Stacked, jacked, and lean all from one herb? Now that’s a nice combo.

The only problem is that it’s dosed very low in Ostabulk. So, if you want a higher dose, it’s better to go with something like Nugenix Total-T

Korean Red Ginseng Extract (30mg)

The third herb in this formula is from Korean red ginseng. Compounds in ginseng, called ginsenosides, may increase blood flow, decrease inflammation, and offer stimulating effects on the mind and body. Together, these effects could potentially enhance workout performance.

And it does seem that red ginseng can improve strength and endurance in some people, but not always.

Beyond that though, ginseng can also enhance testosterone levels and even improve sex drive.

Boron Citrate (6mg)

Boron citrate is a supplemental form of boron, which is a trace mineral. It definitely has some solid effects worth considering.

For example, boron inhibits SHBG, which can lead to greater free testosterone levels.

Not only that, boron also prevents excess estrogen build-up and can decrease estrogen, which leads to more testosterone too.

Overall, boron is one of the best minerals for increasing T levels.

BioPerine Black Pepper Extract (3.8mg)

BioPerine is a trademarked form of black pepper extract. It contains a high amount of piperine, which is a compound that can enhance the bioavailability of various vitamins, herbs, and minerals, including several found in Ostabulk.

So, it might be able to help enhance the effects of the other ingredients.

Does Ostabulk Work?

Taking everything into consideration, we say it’s likely that Ostabulk will help with testosterone and muscle-building.

However, the effects probably aren’t going to be as great as advertised.

Ostabulk has many effective ingredients that can increase total and free testosterone, enhance muscle mass, and boost strength.

Some of these are dosed properly too, such as magnesium, zinc, vitamin D3, and boron. Yet, plenty are underdosed too, including really low levels of fenugreek, ginseng, and nettle.

Claims vs. Reality

The makers of Ostabulk make it seem like this product will be just as effective as SARMs for building muscle.

But this just simply won’t occur. SARMs are just much more powerful than any other natural ingredient could ever hope to be.

Does that mean we don’t think it’s worth buying?

No. In fact, Ostabulk could still be a great alternative, especially if you don’t want to take synthetic products and are worried about side effects.

In fact, to that end, Ostabulk is a great alternative. But you likely won’t get the same degree of muscle-building or strength enhancement as you would from Ostarine or other SARMs.

And for testosterone, you definitely should see an increase especially if you have low T and/or are deficient in any of the nutrients in this formula. But this will take time to develop.

Ostabulk For Muscle Growth

How Does Ostabulk Compare?

Ostabulk is advertised mainly as a natural SARM alternative. There aren’t really many supplements that claim to do this specifically. So it’s pretty unique in that regard.

When looking at the actual effects though, we can classify it more like a testosterone booster and ergogenic aid (performance enhancer). And in that category, Ostabulk is pretty solid all-around since it has a good mix of well-researched herbs, vitamins, minerals, and amino acids that can enhance testosterone and support muscle-building and performance.

However, Ostabulk has some pretty low doses for a few key ingredients, which brings it down a bit in the ranks.

One similar supplement that we can compare Ostabulk to is Inno Supps T-Drive, which is mainly a testosterone booster. It has an edge over Ostabulk since it contains a much higher dose of fenugreek, while also offering higher doses of zinc, boron, magnesium, and vitamin D3.

Inno Supps T-Drive can likely promote higher testosterone levels while also supporting muscle mass gains. The regular price is a bit more than Ostabulk, though, at $69.99 for 30 servings versus $59.99.

Also, since Ostabulk is advertised as a natural hormone alternative, we also wanted to talk about how it fares in that regard. And overall, Ostabulk may be better than some other supplements such as Huge Supplements Ecdysterone, mainly because of the use of more well-researched ingredients.

Huge Supplements Ecdysterone is just one of several plant steroid-based supplements that are advertised to ramp up muscle mass and protein synthesis, just like anabolics. The problem is, many of these aren’t supported by research. And that’s why we generally like Ostabulk better because it has well-researched ingredients and a more diverse ingredient profile overall.

Who is Ostabulk Best For?

Ostabulk is best for lifters and bodybuilders who want to naturally increase testosterone and support muscle mass, strength, and performance, without any use of steroids, SARMs, or other synthetics.

Of course, the results won’t be as dramatic. But neither will the harmful side effects.

Verdict: Ostabulk Review

Ostabulk had some pretty bold claims making it seem like it could replace SARMs or steroids with equal results.

But in reality, you won’t get the same muscle-building effects. It just is what it is.

With that said, Ostabulk still is a well-formulated supplement that contains many NATURAL ingredients that can increase testosterone and help you pack on muscle. And it has a much lower risk of side effects compared to the SARMs or other synthetic hormone products.

Some ingredients are a bit underdosed. And we also can’t guarantee results. But altogether, Ostabulk is a quality formula that can be used by weightlifters and bodybuilders looking for increased testosterone, bigger muscle size, and enhanced strength.

FAQ: Ostabulk

No. Ostabulk is designed to be a natural alternative to SARMs and doesn’t include any SARMs, steroids, or other synthetic anabolics.
