There are a boatload of superfood supplements on the market today designed to supercharge the body with various vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients that may be lacking in standard diets.
In this article, we’re going over a supplement called Natrava Nourish+, which is designed to be a superfood powder and meal shake all in one.
Continue reading this Natrava Nourish+ review to see the ingredients (there’s a lot of ‘em!), potential health benefits, pros & cons, price, and who might benefit from using it.
Things to Consider
- Natrava Nourish+ contains over 60 ingredients, including various fruits, vegetables, herbs, vitamins, minerals, & probiotics
- It could also act as a snack/meal shake since it has 170cal, 15g protein, and 3g fiber
- They use a lot of proprietary blends, so it’s not for people who want to know the dose of each ingredient
- It’s also pretty expensive costing as high as $5.50 per serving
- It seems worth it mainly for people who want a superfood/meal replacement combo, but the price might not be justified for those who just want a superfood powder
About Natrava Nourish+
Natrava Nourish+ is a plant-based superfood meal shake created by Natrava Health, the same company behind Natrava Beets+. It contains over 60 ingredients from a wide variety of sources to help nourish your mind and body.
For example, they have a plant protein blend, probiotics, fruits, vegetables, herbs, and many vitamins and minerals, so it’s designed to be a great way to get more nutrition and help feel your best.
Natrava Nourish+ also can act as a meal replacement shake or snack, since each serving provides 170 calories, 15g of protein, and 3g of fiber to help keep you full and satisfied.
Natrava Nourish+ Benefits
There are several advertised benefits of Natrava Nourish+ due to the many different ingredients. Below is how Natrava Nourish+ is promoted to help you:
- Boosted Energy
- Improved Gut Health
- Weight Management
- Strengthened Immunity
- Enhanced Cognitive Health
Boosted Energy
Natrava Nourish+ is advertised to boost energy levels by providing your body with all the nutrients it needs for optimal energy metabolism. Specifically, they use high doses of B-complex vitamins, as well as certain herbs like maca root which could enhance energy levels.
Improved Gut Health
Nourish+ is also promoted to improve your gut health and reduce symptoms such as bloating. Their formula contains fiber, probiotics, and specific gut nutrients such as glutamine, which may all work together to get rid of any nagging gut issues you’ve had.
Weight Management
Another potential benefit of Natrava Nourish+ is weight management, which is based on two main reasons.
First, with 15g of protein, 3g of fiber, and just 170 calories, this supplement may serve as a nice meal replacement or snack to help keep you full without adding in excess calories, while also reducing cravings.
Second, they claim that some of the ingredients like B vitamins, chromium, and green tea will boost your metabolism and burn more calories.
Strengthened Immunity
Natrava Nourish+ also claims to strengthen immunity by using nutrients such as zinc, vitamin C, and vitamin D, as well as nutrient-rich foods like berries and spinach to naturally support immune health.
Relatedly, these may also support antioxidant production and assist in reducing inflammation.
Enhanced Cognitive Health
Lastly, Natrava Nourish is advertised to enhance cognitive health. There are a variety of antioxidant and anti-inflammatory foods in this formula such as blueberry, turmeric, and hibiscus, which may keep brain inflammation at bay.
Additionally, their formula has omega-3s and vitamin B12, which may boost cognition and support long-term brain health.

Below is the label too so you can see the exact ingredients in each blend:
Plant-Based Protein Blend (18.69g)
The Plant-Based Protein Blend contains protein extracts from peas, brown rice, and lentil bean sprouts. This combination provides 15g of protein per serving which is a pretty good amount to help keep you full. It’s a little low for a meal for most people but is a good amount for a snack.
Also, using this combination of plant proteins is important because it creates a complete protein with all of the essential amino acids.
Beyond that, pea protein, brown rice protein, and lentil bean sprout protein may also help with metabolism, gut health, and overall wellness.
Get Fit Blend (2.63g)
The Get Fit Blend is a rather vague name, but after looking at the ingredients, we can tell it’s mainly designed for a combo of inflammation reduction and metabolic support.
For example, sour cherry, black seed, and hibiscus are all rich in antioxidant and anti-inflammatory compounds to support many areas of health. They’re generally known to benefit cholesterol, blood sugar, weight management, and gut health.
Then, there are a variety of ingredients designed to enhance metabolism and calorie-burning, such as green tea, gymnema, and matcha. You can find these in common fat burners too such as Swolverine Therm.
Oat bran and ginger root round off this blend. And these are two ingredients that are natural sources of fiber while also supporting gut health and metabolism.
Super Fruit Blend (1.5g)
The Super Fruit Blend is a mixture of strawberry, blueberry, raspberry, blackberry, cabbage palm fruit, and baobab fruit (we’re guessing those first four are more familiar than the last two!).
Basically, what you get from these fruits is a lot of antioxidants (e.g. anthocyanins, phenols), vitamins, minerals, and fiber, which all work together to support so many areas of health. In particular, fruits are beneficial for brain health, immunity, gut health, metabolism, and heart health, so there’s really not much they can’t do.
Omega-3 Blend (1.3g)
Natrava Nourish+ also has an Omega-3 Blend which consists of flaxseed and chia seeds. These are both plant-based sources of omega-3 fatty acids, as well as other nutrients like fiber, zinc, and magnesium.
Flaxseeds and chia seeds can help with digestion, enhance metabolism, and support heart health, brain function, and a lot of other areas.
Gut Health Blend (1.18g)
Next up is the Gut Health Blend, which includes glutamine, turmeric, and black pepper.
Glutamine is actually used as food for the cells that line your gut. So taking in more glutamine could boost gut barrier integrity and reduce problems associated with leaky gut.
Turmeric and black pepper are both herbs that can stimulate digestive enzymes, which may also enhance gut health.
Plus, turmeric is rich in anti-inflammatory compounds. And when combined with black pepper it seems to be absorbed much better.
Super Greens/Vegetable Blend (585mg)
The Super Greens/Vegetable Blend contains several different vegetables, some of which may have haunted you during your childhood (or still today as an adult?).
It’s a combination of spinach, beetroot, collards, broccoli, parsley, brussels sprouts, cilantro, and cabbage.
These vegetables are sources of many different nutrients, such as folate, vitamin K, antioxidants (e.g. lutein, carotenoids), and fiber. Unfortunately, the total dosage is only 585mg which makes it unlikely to be a major contributor.
Adaptogen Blend (375mg)
The Adaptogen Blend consists of maca root, KSM-66 ashwagandha, lion’s mane mushroom, and reishi mushroom.
These are definitely four of the most popular herbal adaptogens out there. And we’ve also seen them in other products like NoonBrew Superfood Iced Tea.
While all four ingredients have unique effects, they all contain a variety of bioactive substances that can help the body deal with stress, promote better brain function, increase energy, and reduce anxiety, among other things.
But at a total dose of 375mg for the entire blend, it’s safe to say you won’t be getting the maximal benefits from any of these.
Probiotic Blend (21.66mg)
The Probiotic Blend is a combination of three different probiotics, which are known as good bacteria because they are necessary for a healthy gut and body.
The exact benefits you get from probiotics sort of depends on your exact gut health problems and other factors. But in general, they’ve been shown to improve gut health and reduce symptoms such as diarrhea, constipation, and bloating.
Vitamins and Minerals
There are many different vitamins and minerals in Natrava Nourish+ which can all help you reach your daily nutrient intake.
This can be especially helpful if you have trouble eating a well-balanced diet on a regular basis, such as during really busy days or when traveling.
We always recommend eating a healthy diet first and foremost, but adding in other vitamins and minerals can help cover any gaps.
With that said, Natrava Nourish+ doesn’t have very good forms for these nutrients. For example, a few of the minerals are in oxide form which is not well-absorbed. And they don’t use bioactive forms for their B vitamins.
Does Natrava Nourish+ Work?
Natrava Nourish+ appears likely to work as a superfood shake. There are a lot of health-boosting fruits, vegetables, herbs, and other compounds to support overall wellness.
Plus, the 15g of protein and 3g of fiber can keep you full, while the addition of vitamins and minerals (both from the direct additions and what naturally occurs in the superfoods) can help you reach your daily nutrient intakes.
With that said, they use a lot of proprietary blends so it makes it much harder to determine the degree of benefits you might get, and for what exact conditions.
How Does Natrava Nourish+ Compare?
There are many different superfoods out there. And Natrava Nourish+, overall, is a pretty good one, although there are definitely ways it could be better.
One positive thing that makes it stand out is the 15g of plant-based protein, which makes it like a meal replacement shake and not only a superfood powder. And another good aspect is the sheer variety of ingredients to support many areas of health and wellness.
Comparison to Ka’Chava
Given the fact that it’s a meal replacement plus superfood, one product that comes to mind is Ka’Chava, which is a very popular drink. Ka’Chava is a loaded superfood formula with over 85 ingredients, including plant proteins, super greens, vitamins, minerals, adaptogens, berries, and more. The wide variety of foods and nutrients in Ka’Chava are meant to support gut, brain, muscles, skin, heart, and total health. Plus, it’s designed to taste really good and comes in five flavors.
Overall, Ka’Chava is a better overall formula than Natrava Nourish+ because it is higher-dosed and contains even more research-backed ingredients. It also offers 25g of protein and 240 calories, which makes it likely more suitable as a meal replacement shake for most people. Not to mention it’s a bit cheaper at $69.95 for 15 servings whereas Nourish+ is $55 for 10 servings.

Where to Buy Natrava Nourish+
You can buy Natrava Nourish+ on the Natrava Health website at this link.
There are 10 servings (10 scoops) per container. It is available in just one flavor: Chocolate.
You can buy one, two, or three packages at a time. All options are available as a one-time purchase or through the Subscribe & Save feature.
Below are the pricing options for Natrava Nourish+:
- One Pack
- Two Packs
- Three Packs
So, the price per serving is anywhere from $3.30 to $5.60, which is definitely a very high price range. Most supplements like this are typically priced pretty high so this isn’t that abnormal. But it’s still higher than most products and, considering that it doesn’t really stand out in major ways, the cost seems a bit too high for the value for most people.
That said, Natrava Health also offers a 30-Day Return Policy, so you can try it out for a month and see if it’s worth it for you, without any risk.
Verdict: Natrava Nourish+ Review
Natrava Nourish+ is a well-rounded superfood formula that delivers man fruits, greens, herbs, vitamins, minerals, probiotics, and other nutrients. Plus, it has 15g of protein and 3g of fiber which makes it a potential healthy meal replacement or snack option.
There are some drawbacks though, such as the use of proprietary blends, somewhat low dosages, and very high price points.
Considering all factors, Natrava Nourish+ is still a pretty good superfood supplement option, particularly if you’re looking for one that also acts as a meal replacement. But you have to be able to afford it and get enough benefits from it, so we can’t recommend it for everybody.
