Kendall Toole’s Diet
Diet Summary
Toole comes from an Italian family and she loves to mangia! That said, prior to going to college, she developed an autoimmune issue that made her allergic to lots of foods, including gluten, soy, dairy, pork, and even some fruits and vegetables including tomatoes. She discovered cooking and switched over to a mostly plant-based diet. After going hungry for a couple of years, she studied abroad in Italy and ate everything she wasn’t supposed to and had no issues. She currently practices intuitive eating and buys much of her food from local farm stands. She takes hydration seriously and carries 3 drinks with her at all times: water, iced tea, and X2 Performance energy drink that she endorses.
