Hailey Baldwin is the daughter of Stephen Baldwin, the youngest member of the famous acting family, the Baldwin brothers. As a child, she dreamed of being a ballerina, but an injury ended that aspiration. Hailey Baldwin’s Diet
Baldwin makes a point to eat clean most of the time. She eats whole, natural foods and avoids processed ones, and she also tries to steer clear of gluten and dairy. She follows the blood type diet which she started because she said she had difficulty digesting certain foods. So while she mainly sticks to veggies and fish, she won’t deprive herself and will occasionally enjoy things like pancakes or a hamburger. But when she needs to look her best such as for a show, she’ll scale back her consumption for 10 days leading up to the event, drink a lot of protein shakes and take supplements. Baldwin stays hydrated by drinking several bottles of water every day.

Baldwin makes a point to eat wholesome foods on a regular basis. On a typical day, she’ll have eggs, oatmeal, or a smoothie for breakfast, and a salad, grilled vegetables or fish for lunch and dinner.

Before a big show or photo shoot that involves travel, Baldwin says she’ll do something called a ‘metabolic detox,’ which involves eating lightly and taking supplements to rid the body of toxins. She says this resets her metabolism, and also reduces bloating, fatigue and headaches. Exactly what she eats, however, she keeps on the down low.
Baldwin’s rule for cheating is that she eats the first thing she’ll crave. Her favorite cheat meal when she’s traveling for work is McDonald’s.

Weekly Workout Routine
Baldwin says that what she has discovered is that the kind of exercise you do doesn’t matter so much as making a commit-ment to exercise regularly. She says working out regularly has greatly improved her energy as well.
Baldwin does regular core work to keep her body toned and looking good. As a child, she trained as a ballerina so she has long understood the value of a strong physique.
Baldwin is a fan of mind-body exercises such as Pilates and yoga, and she especially likes to do them in a hot room.
Baldwin goes for regular chiropractic treatments. She says that as a former ballerina, she’s tried just about everything in the physical therapy category, but chiropractic is her go-to.
Baldwin has been doing hot Pilates for a couple of years now and says she’s ‘obsessed’ with it. She swears by the routine that focuses on core strength and flexibility.
Some like it hot and Baldwin is one of them. She’s also a big fan of hot yoga, not only because of the exercise, but also because of what it does for her skin.
Strength Lengthen Tone
Another routine Baldwin digs is SLT (Strength Lengthen Tone), a combination of toning muscle groups to exhaustion and interval training. Baldwin really likes it — and says it’s really hard.
Boxing is another go-to work out for Baldwin. When she’s in New York City, she hits the Dog pound gym. Boxing combines cardio with overall conditioning.
