Demi Moore’s Diet

Diet Summary

It’s hard to believe Moore is in her 60s. She attributes her health, energy and amazing physique to her raw vegan diet. She admits that she was obsessed with her image in her 20s and 30s, and adhered to extreme diets to look a certain way. These days, her diet is still strict, but she tries to enjoy eating rather than worrying about weight gain. The raw vegan diet involves eating only plant-based foods that have not been cooked above 118°F, the idea being that cooking destroys nutrients. Foods may be sprouted, soaked, dehydrated, etc. One of her favorite treats is fresh pineapple. A recovering alcoholic, Moore does not touch booze. She drinks plenty of water for hydration.
