From fast food junkie to health food advocate, Cabello has completely revamped her diet, in part due to dating Shawn Mendes and seeing what he ate. Get Your Priorities Straight
Despite her busy schedule, Cabello is extremely dedicated to fitness. She and her trainer focus on strength, balance, and fast, effective workouts that don’t require a lot of equipment, such as HIIT.

Do each of the following for 40 sec, taking a 20 sec rest between each exercise. Repeat 2-3x.
Bird dog to hydrant: Beginning on hands and knees, extend one arm forward and opposite leg back. Return arm and leg to mat and extend leg out to side with bent knee. Do for 40 sec. Repeat on opposite side.
Squat hop: Standing with feet close together, bend knees, doing a narrow squat. Hop feet out to normal width of squat, then back to starting stance. Hop for 40 sec.
High plank tap reach: From plank position, tap right shoulder with left hand, then left shoulder with right hand, then stretch right hand out in front, then reach out with left hand. Repeat for 40 sec.
