Couples’ Training

Lynch says working out with her fiancé Seth Rollins helps them both. He works to match her speed and endurance while she is forced to push harder to keep up in strength training.

CrossFit She-sus

While Lynch has tried out a lot of different types of exercise, CrossFit is her favorite. She is such a big advocate, she calls herself the ‘CrossFit Shesus’ (Jesus). She can deadlift 300 lbs.
