Paul George’s Diet

Diet Summary

Once upon a time, George ate whatever he wanted, but then injury struck and he had to dial in on diet to help with recovery. He hired a professional chef to create healing meals. Since he’s not a fan of veg, his chef hides them so George gets in the nutrition without the flavors he doesn’t care for. He generally starts the day with coffee and a healthy fruit/veg smoothie along with more veg in the form of avocado toast. His meals are a balance of protein, healthy fats, and complex carbs. His idea of a cheat is fried chicken or spaghetti and meatballs. He’s not big on sweets, but if he does have dessert, it will contain chocolate. He stays hydrated with water and Gatorade.
