Organixx Multi-Vita-Maxx Review

Looking for way to get your energy levels up? Getting enough vitamins and minerals is one of the ways to increase your energy and performance levels. But making sure you’re getting the right amounts your body needs can be challenging.

One of the ways to get these nutrients is by simply consuming a variety of real, whole foods. However, getting enough nutrients from foods alone is difficult and we can often fall short. Aside from our processed food-filled modern diet, many of our whole foods have reduced nutritional value due to factors such as the decreased nutritional value of the soil from where most of our foods get their nutrients.

Thankfully, that’s where multivitamin supplements can help fill the gaps in our nutritional needs! However, not all supplements are made equal – some are great, but unfortunately, many perform on average at best (despite the costly price) and harmful at worst. It’s for this reason why you should take the time to really research the supplements you’re considering, before investing your hard-earned money.

So, let’s take a look at a multivitamin option designed for improving energy and performance, Organixx Muti-Vita-Maxx. We’ll take a look at Organixx Multi-Vita-Maxx’s ingredients, its benefits, its claims, and more so you can decide if this multivitamin is worth the purchase.

So, without further ado, let’s get started with this review of Organixx Multi-Vita-Maxx!

Regarding allergens, Multi-Vita-Maxx does not contain most common allergens. For instance, it does not contain dairy, shellfish, soy, eggs, or nuts. It also does not contain gluten or gluten-based ingredients.

However, Multi-Vita-Maxx contains some yeast as some of the vitamins it has come from the Saccharomyces cerevisiae. It also contains the organic sprouted purple maize or “Zea mays” which is essentially purple corn.

Now that we know the basic information of Multi-Vita-Maxx, let’s now check the label and see its ingredients. It is important that we get to know its ingredients to see what we would really get from the supplement. It is also the way to see if the supplement would be potentially effective or not.

Organic Alfalfa Juice Powder

Alfafa is a plant that is part of the legume family. This plant, while initially used as feeds for livestock, was eventually became used for medicinal purposes in humans thousands of years ago.

Alfafa contains some of the key vitamins and minerals such as vitamin C, vitamin K, B vitamins, iron, and magnesium. It also contains bioactive plant compounds such as flavonoids, phytoestrogens, alkaloids, and amino acids. In addition to that, it also contains digestive enzymes as well as terpenes.

Alfafa can provide some health benefits such as improved metabolic health, antioxidant features, aid in relieving menopausal syndrome, and reduced cholesterol levels.

Organic Spinach Powder

Spinach is a nutrient-rich vegetable. It is an excellent source of the following vitamins and minerals: vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin K1, folic acid (vitamin B9), iron, and calcium. Spinach is also a good source of fiber.

Spinach can provide you with some amazing health benefits including reduced oxidative stress, benefits for the eye, reduced blood pressure and it can potentially help in preventing or reducing your risk of cancer.

Organic Sprouted Purple Maize

Purple maize or simple purple corn (maize is more known as “corn”) is a good source of B vitamins such as vitamin B3, B5, and B6. Aside from B vitamins, corn contains good amounts of dietary fiber, manganese, and phosphorus. But what makes corn really stand out is its phytonutrients: corn contains the phytonutrient carotenoids, especially lutein (good for the eye) and zeaxanthin.

Organic Broccoli Powder

Broccoli is a good source of vitamins A, C, E, K, and several B vitamins including vitamin B9 (folic acid). Aside from these vitamins, broccoli contains key minerals such as iron, magnesium, potassium, calcium, and selenium. Lastly, broccoli also contains protein and fiber. Broccoli is mainly known for its benefits for cardiovascular health.

Organic Raspberry Juice Powder

Raspberry is well known for its very potent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, thanks to its phytonutrients such as rheosmin (raspberry ketone) and ellagic acid, which is a powerful antioxidant.

Aside from being a potent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory fruit, raspberry contains the following nutrients: vitamin C, B vitamins including folic acid, iron, manganese, and copper.

Organic Orange Peel Powder

When we think of orange, we mostly think of the fruit itself but we less think of its peel unless we are zesting. However, orange peel also has its nutritional merits.

Like the actual fruit, orange peels contain vitamin C, fiber, and other nutrients. In fact, it is even richer compared to the fruit itself. For instance, just 1 tablespoon of orange peel can provide you with 14% of the Daily Value (DV) of vitamin C – that’s almost 3 times more compared to the fruit!

That being said, if you plan to try out eating an orange peel, please ensure that you are eating a 100% organic orange because if not, it may contain pesticide residue or other nasty chemicals!

Organic Turkey Tail Mushroom

Turkey tail mushroom is mostly known for its benefits for the immune system. For one, this mushroom is packed with antioxidants as well as immune-boosting compounds such as polysaccharopeptides. But aside from our immune system, turkey tail mushroom is also good for our gut health because it can act as a prebiotic for our gut microbiome.

Organic Bell Pepper

Bell peppers are one of the most common fruits used in cooking. These fruits are loaded with nutrients such as vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin E, B vitamins (vitamin B6 and B9 or folate), vitamin K1 and potassium.
