MrBeast Workout and Diet
YouTuber
James Donaldson was born in Kansas but moved around a lot as his parents were in the military. His first YouTube video was released in 2012 at age 13 with the name MrBeast6000. After leaving school, MrBeast started analyzing YouTube algorithms with some friends, and they figured out how to make a video go viral. His breakthrough viral video came in January 2017, and featured him counting to 100K. Besides creating giveaway challenges, MrBeast hosts the Amazon reality tv series Beast Games. He has the most subscribers on YouTube, over 340 million, and the 3rd most followers on TikTok with nearly 108 million. MrBeast’s Supplements
MrBeast doesn’t detail his supplement routine, so below are options that may benefit anyone following a similar diet plan.
Calcium + Vitamin D
Supplements are good for those with Crohn’s disease because their diet may not be balanced. Because lactose can cause flare-ups, calcium + vitamin D is a top pick for those with Crohn’s.
Folic Acid
Folic acid helps the body metabolize fats and carbs, very important for Crohn’s sufferers.
Iron
Iron can help prevent anemia.
Vitamin C
Vitamin C enhances absorption.
Vitamin B12
If Crohn’s is located in the last section of the small intestine, vitamin B12 absorption may be impaired.
Fat-soluble vitamins
Fat-soluble vitamins A, E, and K may also not be absorbed well in those with Crohn’s.
Zinc
Zinc is another smart choice to boost immunity.
