Infinity Hair Growth Supplement Facts

in addition to the list of vitamins, Infinity Hair Growth Vitamins contain methyl sulfonyl methane and inositol. These are inert white powders that don’t have much of an effect. Both are used as bulking agents in drugs and nutritional supplements to help the small amount of active ingredient through the capsule.

(Fun fact: the most well-known use of inositol is as a stand-in for drugs in TV shows and movies. When a TV cop opens the package of drugs, pokes in a finger, and licks it, he’s tasting inositol.)

How Does Infinity Hair Growth Work?

The promise of hair growth supplements is that they supply vital nutrients needed for thick, luxurious hair. Most users believe that by getting extra nutrients, their hair will have everything it needs to thrive. The truth is that if you are eating a well-balanced diet, you are probably already getting everything you need for a full head of hair.

Vitamin supplements can be helpful for those whose diet lacks key nutrients. It can also be useful if your hair is thin because of stress. However, controlling stress is usually more helpful. If you think stress is causing you to lose hair, removing the source of the stress or at least managing it with your logo or exercise would be more helpful.

Safety and Side Effects

The ingredients in Infinity Hair Growth Vitamins are common to most vitamin supplements. They are perfectly safe in normal doses.

Vitamins A and D can be toxic at extremely high levels. To reach these levels, you would need to eat several whole bottles a day. As long as you follow the recommended dosage on the bottle, you’ll be fine. However, if you start taking multiple different supplements, you might start to get too much of these vitamins. Check the labels of any vitamins you take to make sure you’re not overdoing it.

Infinity Hair Growth Vitamins: Are They Worth It?

This product is probably one to skip, for two reasons. First, Infinity Hair Growth Vitamins provide some – but not all – of the nutrients needed for hair growth. You would be better served to take a complete multivitamin every day. You get everything in the Infinity vitamins, plus vitamin E iron and zinc that are important for hair growth. You also get all the other vitamins and minerals that are important for overall health.

If you already take a multivitamin, doing almost everything that Infinity Hair Growth Vitamins promises. If you really want to boost your hair growth with vitamin, a biotin supplement might be helpful. Biotin is a B complex vitamin that promotes hair health. Most multivitamins contain some biotin, but adding a little extra can’t hurt. (It’s not a vitamin that can be toxic, so you can boost it safely.)

The other reason to give Infinity Hair Growth Vitamins a miss is that hair growth doesn’t respond very well to vitamins. In almost all cases, thinning or unhealthy hair is not caused by nutrient deficiency. The vitamins aren’t likely to make much of a change in hair growth.

Also, vitamins will do anything at all for your existing hair. The hair hanging off your head right now is dead tissue that grew in the past. Taking vitamin supplements will do anything to change that hair; it will only make a difference in new hair that grows in the future. If you have very long hair, it can take years for the new hair to replace what you have now.

If you are unhappy with the hair you have now, you will have better success with shampoos, conditioners, hair oils, or even colorants. Your best bet to improve the hair you have now is to treat it from the outside, not from the inside.
