Gervonta Davis’ Diet
Diet Summary
Davis works with nutritionist Elliot Buckling whose approach is ‘nothing from a packet’ meaning nothing pre-made. He eats about every 4 hours and all his food is fresh and packed with nutrition. He focuses on gut and brain health, so fish is a staple, as is water. Spices that offer multiple health benefits like ginger and turmeric also are included. That said, he still loves his Skittles and chicken tenders. When cutting to make weight, he takes a moderate approach, working it down slowly rather than risking dehydration and loss of power. He has heeded advice to up his water intake.
