fatty15 review

Move over omega-3s, there’s a new fatty acid on the block!

Well, at least that’s what one supplement company claims.

Omega-3 fatty acids are often regarded as a cornerstone of a healthy diet and helpful for disease prevention and achieving optimal wellness.

But we found one supplement called Fatty15 which claims to use a newly discovered, superior fatty acid named C15:0 (or pentadecanoic acid).

Read this entire Fatty15 review to see the possible benefits of this unique fatty acid supplement and if it really is worth buying. Who knows, maybe you’ll even be able to replace your fish oil with it…

About Fatty15

Fatty15 is an essential fatty acid supplement designed to support your long-term health and wellness. It is featured by a compound called C15:0 (also called pentadecanoic acid) which was the first essential fatty acid to be discovered since the omegas almost a century ago.

Here’s where it gets interesting. Basically, Fatty15 is designed to provide even more benefits for cellular health and overall wellness compared to omega-3 supplements. They say that the C15:0 included in the formula has superior abilities for improving cellular health, reducing inflammation, and protecting the body as a whole.

The company states that all it takes is one capsule per day, and you’ll provide the body with the healthiest fat source for total wellness.

Fatty15 Benefits

Fatty 15 is advertised to deliver countless health benefits, but they all boil down to these three main ones:

  • Healthier Cells
  • Healthier Body
  • Healthier Mind
Fatty15 Benefits

Healthier Cells

Our cells can take quite the beating over the years, whether that’s from chemicals, poor diet, high stress, or inflammatory compounds.

Fatty15 claims to boost cellular health up to 3x better than omega-3 fatty acid supplements. The C15:0 in Fatty15 is designed to repair cellular damage and restore optimal cellular function in all areas of the body. This may slow down aging and contribute to a healthier you, inside and out.

Healthier Body

As you get older, you may notice a number of physical problems, such as joint pain, gut problems, loss of endurance, or even heart issues.

Fatty15 is advertised to promote a healthier body in dozens of ways. They say that this formula acts on multiple bodily systems to provide better metabolic, heart, liver, immune, and gut health…and more!

Healthier Mind

Mental health is just as important as physical health. Yet many people struggle with brain fog, depression, anxiety, memory problems, and other serious mental issues.

Fatty15 claims to come to the rescue for your mind too. The fatty acids included are promoted as a way to enhance mood, improve brain function, and even help you get a deeper, more restful sleep.

These are some intriguing benefits from a very new formula. But does Fatty15 actually work?

You’ll have to read on to find out!

Fatty15 Ingredients

There’s only one active ingredient in Fatty15:

  • FA15 Pentadecanoic Acid
fatty15 ingredient

What is FA15?

FA15 is a trademarked form of pentadecanoic acid, or C15:0.

C15:0 is a type of odd-chain saturated fatty acid, which is found naturally in dairy fat.

However, Fatty15 includes an isolated, synthetic source of this compound to provide a vegan-friendly option and also to eliminate the other potentially less-healthy saturated fats found in dairy products.

This essential fatty acid was discovered relatively recently, and there are some intriguing benefits. Initial research shows that C15:0 has significant anti-inflammatory activities, even much more so compared to EPA, which is a healthy omega-3 fatty acid.

It also seems to protect the cells against damage and optimize aspects of cellular functioning, which in turn decreases the risk for various health problems, such as heart disease, diabetes, chronic inflammation, and liver dysfunction.

What’s even more interesting is that we have been getting less and less of this fatty acid in our diets over time, and this may be one reason behind the increase in health problems.

Does Fatty15 Work?

Fatty15 is a supplement based on very new research, but it seems likely to work. While there need to be some actual human studies, C15:0 (pentadecanoic acid) is a well-researched ingredient and so far seems to have many possible health benefits.

Claims vs. Reality

Fatty15 claimed that their product boosts cellular health up to 3x better than omega-3 fatty acids. And this may actually be true if you take the fact that C15:0 had about 40 clinical activities in one study compared to just 12 of EPA omega-3.

Fatty15 also has the potential to improve many areas of your health, but we can’t guarantee this.

It definitely should support your mind and body, and decrease inflammation, but we can’t make any specific claims (such as that it will reduce the risk of heart disease by 50%, help you recover from liver disease in 4 months, etc.).

How Does Fatty15 Compare?

Fatty15 is often compared to omega-3 fatty acid supplements, so we wanted to briefly explain this.

In general, omega-3 supplements have more research behind them. But with that said, it seems that Fatty15 definitely has the potential to be an even healthier, more effective fatty acid supplement. We still need more info on proper dosing, but it seems to be a really high-quality fatty acid product.

Plus, it’s moderately priced overall, and shouldn’t set you back much more than an omega-3 supplement.

Who is Fatty15 Best For?

Fatty15 is best for people who are looking for a healthy fatty-acid supplement to enhance overall health and wellness, particularly by reducing inflammation and improving cellular function.

It may be a good option for people who want an alternative to fish oil or omega-3s.

How to Take Fatty15

Fatty15 can be taken with food or on an empty stomach. The recommended dose is one capsule per day, but you may take up to two capsules if desired.

You can take it either in the morning or evening, depending on your needs and preferences.

Is Fatty15 Safe?

Fatty15 should be safe for most people to consume as it is a naturally-occurring compound. However, there are always possible side effects, so check with your doctor before taking.

Rare side effects reported from Fatty15 are constipation, diarrhea, and headaches.

Also, Fatty15 is made in GMP-certified, FDA-approved facilities and is third-party tested for purity, quality, and safety. It is vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, and free from preservatives, fillers, oil, animal byproducts, soy, corn, and artificial colors.
