Eubank eats about 6-7 meals a day, but they’re pretty small. He’ll have a few egg whites with cheese for breakfast, 1/2 lb. of turkey and some potatoes for lunch and a protein pizza for dinner. He’ll have some rice cakes with fat-free whipped cream before working out. Another snack might be a protein bar. He often has a tuna sandwich before bed to help him sleep.

Eubank has lots of tricks for getting flavor without consuming a lot of calories. he’ll mix fat-free pudding with powdered peanut butter, almond milk, stevia and ice to make a low-cal pudding. He also uses sugar-free jelly, lite sour cream, and diet bread.
IF for Cutting
Like most people, Eubank doesn’t like to feel hungry. He uses intermittent fasting to help his body cut fat without feeling deprived.

Eubank works out at least 6 days a week. He works each body part twice a week, and takes Sunday off to rest and recover.
Cardio First
Eubank does cardio first thing in the morning, more or less fasting, having only a fat burner and an amino acid drink for energy.

For a long time, Eubank suffered from terrible anxiety and depression. He even considered suicide.

Eubank says that after a slow start with dating, he became someone who couldn’t live without a girlfriend. If he would break up with someone, he would immediately start dating someone else, but he still felt lonely.
From Tragedy to Transformation
Eubank started going to the gym after a girl he liked died suddenly. Working out helped relieve stress and get his mind off the tragedy.
