Corey Caillet Workout and Diet
Fitness Trainer
Corey Caillet grew up in New Orleans, Louisiana. As a kid, he was overweight. When a classmate challenged him to hit the gym every day in college, he rose to the occasion. After college, Caillet worked for a while as a mail carrier, but he then quit to work in fitness full-time. After 8 years on the bodybuilding circuit, Caillet switched gears and began training others, in particular actors working on film projects in Louisiana. He moved to Los Angeles in 2014 and soon developed an A-list clientele in the entertainment industry, starting with Michael B. Jordan for Creed. Caillet can name many celebrities among his trainees, including A$AP, Jonathan Majors, and Khloe Kardashian. He has hundreds of thousands of followers on social media. Caillet is 5 feet, 6 inches tall and weighs about 150 lbs.
