Born: 1984

Corey Caillet grew up in New Orleans, Louisiana. As a kid, he was overweight. When a classmate challenged him to hit the gym every day in college, he rose to the occasion. After college, Caillet worked for a while as a mail carrier, but he then quit to work in fitness full-time. After 8 years on the bodybuilding circuit, Caillet switched gears and began training others, in particular actors working on film projects in Louisiana. He moved to Los Angeles in 2014 and soon developed an A-list clientele in the entertainment industry, starting with Michael B. Jordan for Creed. Caillet can name many celebrities among his trainees, including A$AP, Jonathan Majors, and Khloe Kardashian. He has hundreds of thousands of followers on social media. Caillet is 5 feet, 6 inches tall and weighs about 150 lbs.

Total Transformation

Caillet says that getting in shape transformed every aspect of his life, and inspired him to help others achieve their dreams.

No Excuses

Caillet says if he doesn’t have access to a regular gym, he will create a workout from whatever he can get his hands on.

The Attitude of Gratitude

Caillet says his motivation to keep in shape comes from gratitude for what being healthy and fit has done for him personally and professionally.

Daily Dose

Caillet works out virtually every day first thing so nothing gets in the way of his training. He spends around 25 hours a week at the gym.

Caillet’s top pick for exercise when traveling or busy with work is high-intensity interval training because it’s quick and effective.

Tailored Training

For celebrity training, Caillet custom-tailors each workout to time constraints and the physical look of the character. For Michael B. Jordan in Creed, Caillet went hard on the weight training and lighter on the boxing and conditioning.
