You have spirulina and chlorella which are health-boosting algae, kale which is a high-quality vegetable, and various sources of cereal grasses (e.g. wheatgrass) which also have many health benefits. 

These foods provide many nutrients, including vitamin A, vitamin K, vitamin C, iron, magnesium, folate, and fiber, as well as various antioxidants, such as chlorophyll, lutein, and zeaxanthin.

Consuming greens, in general, offers a wide variety of benefits, such as for your gut, immune function, detoxification, liver health, metabolism, and more!

The main issue is that the dose of 500mg is pretty low.

Ashwagandha Extract (200mg)
