Ready to find out if you should add this performance supplement to your routine? Let’s dive right into this Mdrive Elite Performance review!

About Mdrive Elite Performance

Elite Performance is made by supplement company MDrive, the same producers as testosterone booster Mdrive Boost And Burn. Mdrive Elite Performance is designed for athletes and competitors who want elite performance. It is MDrive’s top-of-the-line supplement designed for only serious competitors.

Mdrive Elite Performance

Mdrive Elite Performance is supposed to include only the best, clinically-tested ingredients for men designed to produce the “ultimate in men’s everyday health.”

Mdrive Elite Performance Benefits

Taken daily, Mdrive Elite Performance is designed to increase all aspects of workout performance, boost testosterone, reduce stress, support immune health, and help you achieve a higher lean body mass.

Mdrive Elite Performance Benefits

Workout Performance

Mdrive Elite Performance includes a Performance Blend with various herbal extracts and other ingredients that are supposed to give you elite energy and endurance. Some of the workout benefits you can expect are increased respiratory, muscular, and cardio endurance, more muscle mass and strength, and an increased VO2 max (amount of oxygen you can use during intense exercise).

Boost Testosterone

With key ingredients like KSM-66 and L-OptiZinc, Mdrive Elite Performance is also supposed to boost your testosterone levels naturally. This is especially true for older men who experience a natural decline in testosterone levels.

Reduce Stress

KSM-66 and other adaptogens in Mdrive Elite Performance are also designed to reduce stress and help men balance out cortisol levels.

Immune and Antioxidant Support

A variety of herbs and key minerals, such as Selenium Select, are intended to offer immune system and antioxidant support.

Lean Body Mass

Finally, Mdrive Elite Performance is intended to help men lose body fat and achieve a higher percentage of lean body mass thanks to ingredients such as Chromax. This is also supposed to help with overall metabolic health.

As a whole, Mdrive Elite Performance is intended to deliver numerous benefits for hard-charging men. But does it truly deserve an “Elite” status? Continue reading to determine the verdict.

Mdrive Elite Performance Supplement Facts

Vitamin D3

Up first in Mdrive Elite Performance is vitamin D3. Make no mistake, vitamin D is actually more of a hormone in the body. It is involved in numerous essential roles in the testes, and it ultimately has an influence on testosterone production and other androgenic hormones. Research shows that vitamin D deficiency is associated with low testosterone and hypogonadism, but, surprisingly, supplementation doesn’t always lead to significantly higher testosterone levels. If you’re dealing with hypogonadism, vitamin D supplementation may help some.

Vitamins B6 and B12

Elite also included two B-complex vitamins, B6 and B12. Both of these are involved in energy metabolism and cellular regeneration. And they are particularly important for being able to exercise at a high intensity. As such, intense exercise can deplete these vitamins, so supplementing could be a way to prevent deficiencies and promote optimal energy during exercise. There is a lot of variation in terms of dosages for B-vitamins but amounts much higher than the RDI are often needed.

L-OptiZinc

The first mineral included in Mdrive Elite Performance is zinc, specifically in the form of L-OptiZinc, which is proven to have a high absorption level. Zinc is needed for overall testicular health and function, in which a deficiency is correlated with low testosterone. Zinc is also needed to convert testosterone into a more potent form called dihydrotestosterone.

Finally, zinc offers immune health benefits acting as an anti-inflammatory and antioxidant. Based on recent research, zinc supplementation in doses higher than the RDI appears to benefit low testosterone and immune health, among other things. At least 15mg is most effective.

Selenium SeLECT

Another mineral included in Elite is selenium in the form of Selenium SeLECT. Selenium has many roles in the body, but one main thing it does is act as an antioxidant and overall immune health supporter. Supplementing with selenium has been shown to decrease oxidants in the body and promote overall health and wellness too. Beneficial doses start at around 50mcg.

Chromax

Mdrive Elite Performance also includes Chromax, which is a trademarked form of chromium. Chromium is a trace mineral in the body and is involved in energy metabolism as well as insulin and glucose regulation. Increasing insulin can also help drive glucose and amino acids into the muscles, which could make it beneficial during exercise. Supplementing with 200 to 400mcg of Chromax has been shown to help people lose body fat and maintain or increase lean body mass while losing weight.

KSM-66

Up next is KSM-66, the most common trademarked form of ashwagandha extract. It is also a highly bioavailable form due to its particular extraction process. Ashwagandha is a medicinal marvel and has long been used with success. Its main benefits are acting on the HPA-axis, which reduces cortisol and can help reduce stress and anxiety levels.

Other research shows that ashwagandha can increase energy and endurance, delay fatigue, and increase free testosterone levels. Stress reduction has a role in all of these other benefits too. For the most benefits, 600mg or more of KSM-66 is needed.

Performance Blend

A big part of this supplement is the Performance Blend, which includes extracts from cordyceps, fenugreek seed, American ginseng, maitake, maca, and Damiana, along with diindolylmethane (DIM).

Many of these ingredients are herbs, so they contain a number of beneficial phytonutrients (plant chemical compounds). All in all, these ingredients have been well-researched to improve testosterone levels, though the mechanisms are different.

Compounds in cordyceps can stimulate testosterone production from the Leydig cells in the testicles. Some research also shows that cordyceps can enhance endurance and aerobic exercise performance.

Fenugreek, American ginseng, and maca all have similar effects in that compounds in them (e.g., saponins) closely resemble steroid hormones and, thus, may result in higher activation of androgen receptors, including testosterone receptors. These herbs may also improve workout performance by increasing endurance and strength and delaying fatigue.

The primary effect of Damiana is that it inhibits the aromatase enzyme, which converts testosterone to estrogen. So, inhibiting this enzyme would lead to decreased conversion and, therefore, higher testosterone.

Maitake and DIM don’t have as many benefits for testosterone and performance, but they might still help a little bit.

Overall, the extracts in here come from plants with a wide range of benefits for men’s health, including testosterone and exercise performance enhancement. They offer many other benefits, too, often acting as antioxidants, anti-inflammatories, and promoters of cardiometabolic health (esp. fenugreek).

BioPerine

The last ingredient in Mdrive Elite Performance is BioPerine, which is a trademarked form of a compound in black pepper called piperine. BioPerine is proven to enhance the absorption and bioavailability of many substances, including a lot of the ones in Elite, such as ashwagandha, zinc, selenium, vitamins B6 and B12, and other herbal extracts. In turn, enhanced absorption should lead to greater effectiveness of the ingredients since they can express themselves to a higher degree.

Does Mdrive Elite Performance Work?

Considering what we’ve gone over, Mdrive Elite Performance appears to be a solid supplement for men and should work well. Mdrive Elite Performance includes a lot of well-researched ingredients, and most of them are dosed in the proper amounts. As a result, you can be confident knowing that there are enough of the ingredients in there to be effective.

Mdrive Elite Performance Box And Pills

The only concern is with the Performance Blend because it is unclear exactly how much of each ingredient is in there. I’d like to believe that the efficacious dosages are included for those ingredients, too, based on the fact that the other ingredients are like that, but I can’t say for sure. Regardless, that blend still should offer benefits because of the quality of the ingredients in there.

Claims vs. Reality

Mdrive Elite Performance is supposed to be a powerful product for competitive, hard-driven men. It is supposed to enhance many aspects of workout performance, increase testosterone, reduce stress, offer immune support and antioxidant effects, and increase lean body mass.

All in all, you should experience most of these, at least to some degree. Various herbs in the performance blend, especially cordyceps, maca, American ginseng, and fenugreek, should improve endurance and exercise capacity, and they may offer slight benefits for strength. Vitamins B6 and B12 should also provide you with more energy for your workouts.

You should also get a boost in testosterone from many different ingredients in Mdrive Elite Performance. Some of the most effective ones for increasing T-levels are KSM-66, L-OptiZinc, fenugreek, cordyceps, and Damiana.

KSM-66 should also reduce stress and anxiety, helping you to balance cortisol levels naturally. This also indirectly increases testosterone.

There are many substances in here that should offer immune and antioxidant support, too, such as L-OptiZinc, Selenium SeLECT, and a number of herbal extracts, such as cordyceps, maitake, and fenugreek.

Finally, you’ll likely lose some body fat and increase lean body mass to some extent, thanks to Chromax.
