Alexis René Glabach is originally from California. She did ballet for over a decade before taking up modeling at age 13. Ren was named the Sports Illustrated swimsuit Rookie model in 2018, and she made it to the finals in the 27th season of Dancing With the Stars. She has been a cover girl for Maxim and also launched an activewear line. Ren has millions of followers on social media and is considered to be an influencer. She is 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs 115 lbs.
Alexis Ren’s Diet
Ren’s diet is fairly strict. Her top no-no’s are bread and alcohol but she also avoids fast food, red meat and gluten. As you might imagine, Ren eats a lot of vegetables and fruit, preferably organic. She engages in restricted time feeding and does not eat after 7 pm. She also does not consume fruit after lunch. Ren drinks 2 quarts of water per day and eats a very limited amount of sugar. She confesses to having suffered an eating disorder in the past, but has since made a commitment to healthy eating.

While Ren loves her fruit, she only has it for breakfast and lunch.
Just Say No to the Midnight Munchies
Ren says she never eats after 7 pm.
Red Meat Need Not Apply
Ren avoids red meat, but will eat chicken, fish and other types of protein, including vegan protein powder.
Ren’s two favorite foods are veggie burgers and ‘banana ice cream,’ but the ice cream is pretty much just bananas and almond milk and she uses lettuce leaves for the bun on her burger. Her real cheats are French toast and turkey bacon, and also going to Chipotle.

Ren loves to watch documentaries and TED talks, and takes clothing design and growing her activewear business seriously.
Ren says she loves the sun, and that’s why she travels so much (although being from SoCal, one wonders why she would need to).
But to Keep That Bod Hot
Ren applies coconut oil every night, but then washes it off in the morning so she isn’t greasy. She also says she never tans her face so she won’t get sun spots.
Ren’s mother passed away from cancer when Ren was only 14. Ren says that between that and the pressure from her modeling career, she felt like her life was out of control and that’s what spurred her eating disorder.
